Apply to serve on our annual Teen Advisory Board, where you will gain real-world experience through our working groups: Content Collective, Events Committee, Speakers Bureau, and Program Design, to name a few.

Join #HalfTheStory’s Teen Advisory Board! “TAB” – as it is known – accepts teens ages 13-19 to serve as thought leaders, design partners, and digital wellness connoisseurs, alongside the rest of the #HalfTheStory team. Our TAB members participate in monthly brainstorming meetings and have exclusive access to unique opportunities to support and represent #HalfTheStory’s mission of empowering the next generation’s relationships with technology.
Eligibility
- Are you between the ages of 13-19?
- Do you live in the United States?
- Are you willing to serve for at least a year?
- Can you virtually attend our TAB meetings the third Sunday of each month?
- Are you passionate about digital wellbeing and advocacy?
If so, please do apply! We accept applications twice a year in January and in July. And did we mention that we compensate you for your time, efforts, and expertise?
As a first-generation immigrant student, connecting with passionate peers from diverse backgrounds has broadened my perspective and sparked meaningful conversations. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with my community and make a positive impact by helping more teens navigate the digital world with confidence!
